Vehicle Showcase This is one vette that is not a garage or trailer queen. I drove her from Augusta Georgia, where I live, to New York, Miami and Key West, St Louis, Memphis, Cincinnati, and on and on. Of course the longest road trip I took in her was across the country and back. My brother and I decided to recreate the Cannonball Run and drove from DC to San Fran non-stop last year. We made it in 40 hours exactly, and that was with a 3 hour hospital stop after my brother fell and dislocated his shoulder during a roadside whiz. After the non-stop coast to coast run, we took another 6 days and made our way back, stopping in LA, Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Mexico, San Antonio, and New Orleans. It was an amazing adventure and the story even made it into Corvette Enthusiast magazine in April of this year.

Future Plans Definitely going for a cam next. Of course I'll have to get another dyno tune after, so I'm hoping to hit 500 hp at the flywheel with that. |
